The room available is generous sized with spacious double wardrobes. The room fits double/queen beds, draws, and anything else you may need - unfurnished. Very close to Ormiston town center, Botany, Sylvia park. Bus stops are only a couple of minutes walk away. Plenty of car parks on street. Flatties in their mid 20's, banking and IT Sector. Home is located in a very safe neighborhood between Flatbush and Mission Heights. Room is $185 pw + split expenses. Works out about 20-30 p/w
