Room available in Northcote - $280/wk, all bills included! We've got a room opening up in our sunny, double-glazed home in Northcote and we'd love to find the right person to join us. A little about the place: it's a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with two big living areas, one downstairs for chilling out, and one upstairs that's great for working from home/chilling. The room is carpeted, in great condition, comes with a wardrobe, and you'd share a nice bathroom (with a bath!) with just two others. There's a park right outside, Woolworths is a short walk away, plenty of eateries nearby, and you're right by the central bus hub, so getting around the Shore or into the city is easy. A bit about us: we're four working professionals (a couple downstairs and three of us upstairs), all 25+, and we've all been here for 2+ years. Sadly one of us is heading to Australia, so we're looking for someone to fill the gap. It's a relaxed, respectful household, not a party flat, but of course your friends are welcome and we want you to genuinely feel at home here.
