Safe neighbourhood. 6 mins from Botany Mall, 6 mins from Ormiston mall and Botany Junction, 10 mins away from Otara on-ramp, 9 min from Highbrook Business Park and 15 min from Manukau Business Centre. Looking for a mature considerate adult, someone who pays on time, is clean and who we can easily get on well with - doesn't mind hanging out but also understands personal space. Rent includes water, high speed fiber (own Netflix login!), power, gas and household items. Items in photos are not included and will be moved once we find someone.
