Room in Massey, Auckland

Large unfurnished room available for rent in a large 6 bedroom house. The bedroom includes a wardrobe. Your space also includes a big family (main) bathroom and single toilet you’ll get to yourself, unless guests are visitng. Your spaces are your responsibility to clean and the shared spaces are a shared responsibility. Shared spaces include laundry which is downtstairs, kitchen, dining, and lounge, which is upstairs (main part of the house, where you’ll be living). All shared spaces are furnished. House maintenance is done by everyone in the house - this will include gardening and lawn maintenance. Parking available on the street. Bus route for bus loop 111 also goes down our street. We are looking for a working professional who keeps things tidy and clean and is also respectful of everyone’s things and space. We don’t party so someone who isn’t in that era of their life would be a good fit. Obviously with 4 cats in the house, you will need to be okay with our animals. We would also like someone who is a non-smoker. Move in date will be May 2026.
