A shared bathroom with other flatmate across from your room. Weekly rent is $230, plus $30 for weekly bill expenses (utilities, water, internet) + $920 bond. Our apartment in Freemans Bay is located next to Karangahape Road ("K-Road"), near to Countdown supermarket, bustling shops, cafes, bus lines, and in walking distance to the CBD. We Are Preferably Seeking: A working professional male (gay or straight; age 24-50) who is a minimalist(!), tidy, considerate, a citizen or permanent resident, and interested in a LONG-TERM occupancy. But we are open to all applicants. Must sign contract. We are a friendly, tidy, and relatively quiet apartment. You will also have access to the apartment building's gym and swimming pool!
