I am moving, and looking for someone to fill this large, sunny bedroom. The room has two built-in wardrobes, a heat pump, and a window nook. A double bed can be left for the new tenant, if desired. The shared spaces (kitchen, lounge, laundry) are already furnished. There is a small spare bedroom in the flat that is used for shared storage space, drying laundry, etc. Located on Worcester Street, it is 2 min walk to local businesses and 20 min walk to CBD. The nearby bus routes are 5 and 80. Walking distance to The Red Verandah cafe. The garden is large and well-established - great if you have a green thumb. The one existing tenant is friendly working professional (late 20s). The flat is queer friendly. It's not a party house, but I've hosted plenty of friends here for dinners, baking days, crafternoons, coffee catch-ups etc. The current lease ends Jan 2026, and the landlord is happy to continue renewing the lease for the right tenants.
