Room in Te Aro, Wellington

Hey, we have 2 room available for rent. The 1st room is $250 per week and the second room is 300 per week. We are located in te aro. The flat is within 5 mins walk from the most shops in cbd shops. We have a really nice view outside out of the lounge and an even nicer view out the back of our property. I am staying on at the end of the lease which will be renewed on the 8th of July. If you have any questions or just send me a message or If you are interested in doing a flat viewing. The room is in good condition. They both have windows that can open and close and have a lock on it.The bigger room has a skylight plus a built-in wardrobe. The internet and power is not included in the rent. The internet is about $30 per month and the power is $50 to 80 per month.
