Room in Maupuia, Wellington

Hello! I'm planning on move in with my fiancee, so a room has become available in our large and sunny flat! I'm aiming to move out 6 September and hoping to stick to that. Rent is $291.00 and includes internet, power, and basic amenities. Bond + 1 week in advance is $1333.33. House is fully furnished except for the available room. I was, however, planning on getting rid of my bed, but would be happy to leave it. Address is on Akaroa Drive with a bus stop right outside, and a quick 10 minutes down the hill to the supermarket/shops. Super sunny house out of the main bustle of the city with a huge living area and galley style kitchen. There is a Garage and parking in front of the house at no extra cost and there is plenty of storage around the house. There is also a small sunroom full of plants and outdoor area out the back. The 2 current flatmates are two women in their 30s, working in health. Plus a small black cat who loves to hang.
