Room in Kelburn, Wellington

Furnished

Looking for a peaceful home close to everything? We have a bright, spacious room available in a beautiful, well-maintained villa on Fairview Crescent. Just a short walk to Kelburn Village, Zealandia, the Botanic Gardens, and excellent bus routes — ideal for anyone working in town. The house has been thoroughly modernised: full insulation, double glazing, ducted central heating, and HRV to keep things comfortable year-round. There’s a sunny garden with plenty of outdoor seating and a BBQ. Perfect for winding down on a nice evening! The room easily fits a queen bed plus extra furniture. Furnishings can be included if needed - the room does need some type of storage as it doesn't come with it built-in. If you have your own things it can come unfurnished, too. You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals in their 30s who enjoy keeping the home tidy and relaxed, and Freddy the cat and king of the house. We’re looking for someone similar who appreciates a clean and considerate flat environment.

Queer, love a party, socially and politically minded, mountain biker, hiker and all things mildly dangerous. In love with my garden and my cat. Government professional. Fairview is my home and I enjoy keeping it as a nice place to live. Joe: 32, work in health reg in the CBD. Sociable and easygoing, up for a chat but equally happy doiong his own thing.
