Room available in Glenfield/Bayview! Hey everyone my room is becoming available in our glenfield/bayview flat from the 18th of May! The room is $220 per week and expenses are $30 a week for power, water, wifi, bond is $880 plus one week of rent paid in advance. The room is small but I have managed to fit a double bed, desk, drawers, and a bookshelf in here very comfortably. Lots of storage around the house and attic space too, plus the flatties already have all the furniture and kitchen sorted, just need to furnish your bedroom. There is also off street parking in a shared driveway. You will be living with three others in thier mid twenties, two guys and one girl, all working full time. If you’re keen to get involved in flat meals too it's a great way to save money and the other flatties are amazing cooks too 😋. Ideally looking for someone thats respectful of shared spaces, keen to get involved in flat meals, and is generally easygoing. No smokers, couples, or pets unfortunately.
