I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 5-bedroom flat in Ilam 📍 Location: • 2-minute walk to Ilam shops • Around a 15-minute walk to the University of Canterbury 📅 Move-in: Flexible, but preferably before November The lease runs until 17th January, so it’s perfect for someone looking for somewhere to stay over summer! ☀️ The room: • Gets good sun and stays nice and warm • Comes unfurnished, although the wardrobe could potentially be left • Car park available if needed 💰 Rent: $215/week + power & WiFi Power + WiFi are usually around $50–60 a month in summer. There are currently 4 other girls living here, and the flat has a really chill vibe with everyone doing their own thing.
