🏡 $240/week Flatmate Wanted – Avondale | JETTS gym Avondale market + reserve ✨ Hey everyone, We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and easy-going flatmate to join our 3-bedroom home in Avondale, our current mate is moving out soon. 📍 Location – Avondale, Auckland ~4 min walk to Avondale Train Station & bus stops 🚆 Right next to a beautiful park & cycling track 🌿 3–4 min walk to Avondale town centre (Mobil, takeaway spots, pubs, markets & more) 💰 Rent & Details $240/week Off-street parking available Bond: 2 weeks rent Utilities split (power, water, internet, lawn) Room comes with desk, mirror & built-in wardrobe ✨ House comes furnished, appliances, however room has a desk and mirror only but bed can be arranged if needed. 👥 About Us You’ll be living with 2 easy-going guys who keep the place clean and relaxed.
