I have a room available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Townhouse in St. Albans / Edgeware. Choice of two rooms and you have your own bathroom - not ensuite. The internal double garage has space for a smallish car. The room is furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, and has decent wardrobe space. I may even have a spare TV if you don't have one. North facing living areas, bedrooms and courtyard catches ALL the sun. The rest of the house is also fully furnished. Close to Edgeware Village, City, and Shirley (The Palms). 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks rent security deposit = $960 to move in. Available immediately. Sharing with ONE other - so we will have a spare room. It's not a party house, but I like my beer. Sharing with one older male (62) gay, employed fulltime.
